Money transfer operator MoneyGram International is launch its customer rewards program in European markets, and has commissioned digital and direct marketing agency, TMW, to developed a Reward Program Welcome Pack which will be rolled out across four countries in Europe.
MoneyGram International will mail the Rewards Program Welcome Pack to registered customers in France, Italy, Germany and Spain. The mailpack contains a letter and brochure, which reiterate the benefits of the Rewards Program, and a personalised Rewards Card, so that customers can take advantage of discount fees on money transfers they make.
