Stephen Barker, sales and marketing director of B&H Colour Change, had barely cycled more than half a mile since he was 17 but he has just completed a three-day 250-mile bike ride from Newbury to Paris.

Stephen, a board director of the British Promotional Merchandise Association, was motivated to take up the challenge in tribute to a friend, Sarah Greene, who died at 44 from triple negative breast cancer.

He and 31 other cyclists raised money for a special fund set up by Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
